How to Buy
Follow these steps to browse products, place an order, and track delivery on Duzahan.
Find products
- Use the search bar, category menu, or shop page to browse products.
- Open a product to check images, price, stock, and product details.
- Choose quantity before adding to cart or using Buy Now.
Place order
- Add products to cart and go to checkout.
- Enter full name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
- Select delivery area and payment method, then place the order.
After order
- Save your order ID from confirmation.
- Use Track Order to check status, products, delivery address, and payment summary.
- Contact support if any order details need correction.
