Go to the Track Order page, enter your order ID and billing email, then submit. You will see the order status, delivery address, product details, and payment summary.
02How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Outside Dhaka delivery may take 3 to 7 working days depending on courier availability and product location.
03Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order ID and new address. Address changes are possible before the order is handed over to delivery.
04What payment methods are available?
Duzahan supports cash on delivery and available online payment methods shown during checkout. Payment options can vary by product, seller, or delivery area.
05How do I return or exchange a product?
Check the return policy first, then contact support with your order ID, product name, and clear photos. The support team will confirm return or exchange eligibility.
06Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation before the order is processed or shipped. If the order is already shipped, support will guide you based on the seller and courier status.
07What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Take photos of the product, package, and invoice, then contact support immediately. Keep the original packaging until the issue is reviewed.
08Can I create an account with a phone number?
Yes. You can register or sign in using your phone number or email address from the account page.
